Modern congregate-living residence with an integrated administrative office. Designed as a residential-scale, 18-bed home, the project organizes private rooms and shared living spaces around a central courtyard, using simple pitched forms, warm horizontal siding, smooth stucco, and restrained landscaping to keep the facility feeling like a home rather than an institution.
